I am able to bill in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans.  For all other insurance plans, I am considered out of network. If you have a different insurance plan and are interested in working together, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.

 

I recommend that all potential clients contact their insurance company to confirm benefits and to understand any mental health related financial responsibilities. Here are some helpful questions to ask: ​

1. What are my benefits for outpatient mental health care? 

2. What is my deductible and has it been met? 

3. Once the deductible has been met, what is my copay? 

4. Do I have coinsurance?
